The AS2000 is the best looking TT out there. Clean lines with no extras, just function.
That massive stand actually makes it look small.
Congratulations !

That system looks great. Congratulations Tang and David.

I spy with my little eye: two 3012Rs, two Axioms, and two SATs. Interestingly, no arm on the Kronos. I agree with Lagonda that the AS2000 is the best looking TT of the bunch. Very purposeful look, and solid. Congratulations to Jarek also on a fine looking and what looks to be a very successful rack design.

Actually I have three Axioms. And a few other arms. The arrival of AS2000 stimulate me to rotate all arms. So it is still work in progress. This week I will have two SATs and two SMEs on the AS. But eventually I plan to have only one SAT on and replace another with SAEC506. The AS looks great but the primitive looking 927 is something I will never let go.

Thank you Peter! It's an honor to be in Tang's room.
The credits actually go to Stacore Bogdan - it's mostly his very hard work :)

Cheers,

Fabulous!
Just seems a little weird to have the SAT "guarding" across the front of the AS.
Like a high class barrier.
Tang, don't you ever come close to accidentally clipping this arm when approaching the tt?

When you have arms in all four corners, you don’t want to wear long sleeve shirt. Yes I clipped arms a few times. But no damage done.

Well Tang, I've previously destroyed the cantilever of a much loved cart just clipping my air arm with shirt sleeve.
Listen, and learn LOL.

Ked, tripping over my rug led to me destroying £1.5k worth of rare 211s, burning my leg, and depositing 5 big shards of 1948 era glass in my thigh needing 2 ops to fully remove.

My cart mishap was simply spinning around after lining up an lp, to talk to a visitor.

All in the wrist action LOL.

I was just wishing for more arms last night...4 doesn't seem enough. My dream AS2000 would of been Octagon shape, allowing for 8 arms....6 would be 3012R's....lol

That's why a couple of people have have opted for two AS's :)! I'm waiting for mine from this run to get there too.

Guys - I am not following why one needs or wishes for so many permutations of arms / carts or even just carts assuming same arm 4 times?

I can understand this “game” might be fun but I would find it rather distracting - I guess each to their own.
