Steve, it's been a roller coaster ride. Yes, for a long time I was convinced of his innocence; it was clear that he has been framed by a corrupted team of individuals of the lowest class. Then six months went by and nothing. And the very next day after I mentioned it, boum, the motion was presented! This is pretty spooky because I had no idea. It's like Kathleen Zellner, one of her staff/team members ended up right here @ WBF and reading my post dated from June 6, by keeping an eye open on Google, Twitter and Facebook.

On june 6, I said 100% Avery killed Teresa. Two days later, after learning some more because Kathleen Zellner started back again posting on her Tweeter homepage about this case.
I wasn't the only one who gave up.

Asamel helped me too in searching back again. Avery is not the best person to hang around with, I wouldn't. But did he kill Teresa? For almost two days (not quite) I thought he did.
Now I'm back where I was before and for a very long time; I think he's innocent...90%

It seems now that 'Making a Murderer' Part Deux is very possible; the two young women filmmakers said before, six months ago, that they were filming.
Now they must be reading what Zellner has to share. ? https://twitter.com/zellnerlaw

If they can prove that her ex killed her, then they have an interesting Netflix Season 2 of Making a Murderer.

Steve, I'm all for justice, and you might have a good idea/experience as I in knowing how twisted the justice system and the people in it can be.
We all have our doubts occasionally, I just did.

I still can't believe that one day after I posted, Kathleen Zellner officially rendered/deposited her motion, and requested a new trial.
It was pure coincidence, there was no news of that on June 5 and June 6, none whatsoever, anywhere. This is totally spooky.
And now there is a lot to read: ? https://shawglobalnews.files.wordpr...017-06-07-motionforpost-convictionrelief2.pdf

http://globalnews.ca/news/3515259/steven-avery-making-a-murderer-lawyer-teresa-halbach-boyfriend/

"After months of intense work, Steven Avery‘s lawyer, Kathleen Zellner, has filed a 1,272-page motion accusing Teresa Halbach’s ex-boyfriend of killing her; Zellner has also requested a new trial for Making a Murderer subject Avery “in the interests of justice.”

Things had gotten quiet on the Avery front over the last few months and it’s been over a decade since Halbach’s funeral, but on June 7, Zellner filed the document to the state of Wisconsin."

If among the members here there are judges, lawyers, attorneys, prosecutors, people of the law, police officers, detectives, hackers, ...please post your thoughts if you saw the Netflix documentary and if you followed the case somehow. I know a judge from the superior court, a top lawyer, and few other lawyers, but I don't really hang with them. I meet some of them occasionally, the judge more.

I guess Avery is very lucky that Zellner came interested by this case. Patience...

About two hours ago it was breaking news in red letterings; it was so fresh that the website didn't have the article written yet.
I tried by googling the headlines; but I came up empty. I assume that it was too fresh yet.
Now it's there; where I only first saw the big red headlines: http://www.postcrescent.com/story/news/2017/06/22/key/419836001/

You know, this is an important major step. Things are going to start spiralling from here, I believe.
I have a strong feeling that this Making a Murderer Part Deux is going to be HUGE.

* I don't know what's happening in the air; but again out of the blue just when I decided to check out on the latest developments, here it is.
I didn't check or saw anything, zero, since my last post on June 9, 2017
And this morning I simply decided to check, out of curiosity and without any hint of what was in the cards today, after my post above.
I swear to my Daddy's grave. RIP Jean, I love you.

This is the second time now that in this thread, recently, things are getting spooky, spooky real.
Two times that I kind of had some sort of predicament that something was cookin'.

I've been real busy with the nice weather for the last few weeks, but this evening I had a small open window (free time):
http://www.inquisitr.com/4318669/steven-avery-responds-to-brendan-dassey-coerced-confession-ruling/

And free is what I expect for both Steven and Brendan. Justice will be served, and with it a system will go down, a system of corruption and injustice, from the bottom to the top.
Kathleen Zellner and team are going to make sure of it; it's her job and that's what she's BEST @.
I admit that for a moment, after six months of inactivity, I was less than optimist; I was wrong to doubt. Never ever give up.

Have a splendid summer evening,

I did not check Netflix new additions recently, but according to this new article from yesterday, there is a new show about audio tapes regarding this case? I will check it out when I got time.

"A Judge Says That Brendan Dassey’s ‘Making A Murderer’ Interrogation Made Her Skin Crawl"

http://uproxx.com/tv/making-a-murde...venth-circuit-appeal-en-banc-hearing-results/

"The case against Dassey and his uncle Steven Avery got renewed interest after Netflix released a 10-part documentary series exploring the trials and appeals that followed. The full audio of Tuesday’s Seventh Circuit en banc hearing has been downloaded tens of thousands of times already. Now internet sleuths are busy trying to analyze the questions asked by judges and their tone in an attempt to decode which way they’ll rule. The panel seemed evenly split over the case, with one judge remaining completely silent."

Few days ago there was some new news on Making a Murderer.
Because Season 2 is not vanishing anytime soon.

Today is a retrospect on the latest:

http://www.rollingstone.com/culture...-adds-allegations-in-new-court-motion-w510878

Last week, or so, the classified JFK files were released to the public.
Today we still don't know what truly conspired, with some stuff still top secret.
It might take another fifty years or more till the full truth is revealed, or even more, or we will never know and neither the ones coming after us and after our children's children.

Security is number one protection against the truth, and many people prefer dying with their secret intact for eternity. It's second nature for most. The country first before individual admissions. It's a question of protecting our country's values first, to serve under those values. It's a reasonable balance in the interest of public health. ...Mental health. The people we entrust the most can do no harm.
Of course I am sarcastic here, and I bridge a link between Making a Murderer and the JFK files; two still unresolved cases in their full entirety.

I don't know where Season 2 will lead us, and I don't know if that famous lady lawyer will succeed in getting to the bottom of this very very sordid affair.

Me personally I believe the truth is still out there, just waiting to be find, and officially proven.
It's an immense challenge because there were so many lies and still a huge amount of corruption in the air.
I wish Kathleen Zellner the best of resolution in her search of the real truth; in the name of justice, freedom and peace for all, in the name of the values we abide by.

Remember this guy?, he was Brendan Dassey's first attorney.
https://lawandcrime.com/awkward/famous-making-a-murderer-attorney-just-got-booked-in-jail/amp/

I wouldn't let him near my vegetable's garden, not in a million years!
___

And prior to that, on the latest ...
https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/2184884/brendan-dassey-making-a-murderer-steven-avery-latest-trial/

Not much @ all; they could be in jail for a long time to come, even if not guilty.
I don't want to be a cop, I don't want to be a lawyer, I don't want to be a judge, I don't want to work for the justice department. I just want to see all the corrupt people in the system sent to jail, that's all.

As for Making a Murderer: Part Two, we need a real ending. We don't have one; the corrupt people are still running free and the innocents are still rotting in jail. That's the justice system created by man in this country. ...O.J. (Oh Jeez ... what else is new). ...The Staircase, that's what.
