I heard the Vivid and liked it a lot with a pair of Halcro amps at CES.. A lot!, great textures, coherent and layered presentation on all sorts of music. Magico has not impressed me that much under show conditions but respect theire pedigree. My two pesos....

I was looking at the S'phile blog on the Vivid Giya. Frankly, I was amazed at what looked like the incredibly cheap construction quality of this speaker:(
The drivers are connected to the internal wiring with what appears to be a 50c plastic connector and the drivers themselves look very inferior. Some interesting comments on the blog about this issue as well:cool:
One thing that definitely isn't cheap, however, is the asking price:rolleyes:
