Interesting...you have to look at these charts realising the 2004 guys are literally the same people as the 2014 guys...just one bar over or so. And those patterns have largely not changed except in 2 brackets. Everyone else seems to be doing the same today as what they were doing 10 yrs ago. The main difference is today's new young kids are buying way more digital than kids 10 yrs ago...makes sense, and late 20, to 30s guys 10 yrs ago are buying a ton more CDs today than hey were 10 yrs ago..it's what they grew up with, they're cheap now and who knows, maybe their systems are setup for redbook.
