Late to this 2021 HBOmax miniseries based on the book of the same name. Not my usual fare, but very enjoyable. It pays to be patient, especially with the 2nd episode.
Streamed this on Apple Plus this weekend. Easily exceeded admittedly low expectations. Didn't think anyone could come up with a new twist on 'A Christmas Carol'. Will not be an Oscar nominee :) but 2 hours of saccharine fun.
