    Does Everything Make a Difference?

On your list i don't believe everything makes a difference. Maybe agree with 20% Sure, a coffee table, tube traps etc, also cable orientation plugged jacks if having issues with noise. Add-ons and tweaks are all extra sales for the retailer and independent sellers. Often with crazy margins...

Horning Agalme Hybrid vs Tannoy Westminster Roayal

You could try adding the Tannoy super tweeter the the Westminster. It will add a bit more high frequency energy and give more sparkle to the tonal balance. Makes the Westminster sound cleaner with a bit more snap to leading edge transients. Helps with the bass too.

    Ron’s New System

Hi Ron although you are probably sick of amp recommendations by now another one to maybe consider is EAR890. In mono block form you get 140 W/PCh in class A using KT90 tubes. I made an effort to listen to many pre and power amps at home some time a go and remember being particularly fond of the...

    Ron’s New System

Meddle and Animals are great albums, also Wish you were hear. I enjoy them a lot more than Dark side of the moon. The Wall sounds pretty well recorded on my system, very dynamic and lively.

John DeVore on the Grey Market and OCD Mikey

I have to agree with you here Peter. I can't quite understand why Lee would make this post when Mike is his friend? Maybe he new about this situation well before J.D's video was posted and wanted Mike to respond here for everyone to see, almost making out J.D's video to be not accurate? Also...

Why doesn’t dCS partner with CH Precision for transports?

Sounds like blah blah modern marketing buzz words to me. clicks, likes, views and comments. can’t deny it works though.

Why doesn’t dCS partner with CH Precision for transports?

Seem like a strange idea to me. Almost Reads as a sneaky advertisement for DCS, “Partnered with dCS it would be great PR and a huge seal of approval for CH” “CH Precision: Our new transport is so good dCS wanted it!” why on earth would CH want to offer a competitor something they invested...

BOXING FANS! Spence vs Crawford! Welterweight Unification! FINALLY!

Have to agree Jack, I'm also a boxing fan and have been following Inoue's career, he's a real talent. A once in a generation fighter. Spence V Crawford is a great match up, I can't believe how good Crawford was on the night. He was spectacular.

Tannoy Arden vs. Westminster? Centre Channel?

Hi V.R., I have owned Tannoy Westminsters for about 20 years and listened to many of the other models featuring various versions of the dual concentric driver. Most of the the Prestige line have a similar sound (clean, dynamic, great imaging low fatigue for long listening sessions) all are...

    Videos of Acoustically-Coupled Audio Recordings

I agree with your comment on Jay's videos, all that zing and sizzle to give the impression of detailed sound. Mind you i thought his video of the Tannoy's sounded decent. (though i am biased) :-)

Great cars story Jack, e46 M3 in manual is another great car. I live in a mountain area in Victoria with lots of tight twisty roads. For my driving enjoyment the GR Yaris is just the perfect car. So much fun to drive that i bought 2, one to enjoy now and one to keep for later. :-)
