Where my Black Flag people at?

Amazing! Thank you for sharing. I didn't know that part about H Rollins. I knew that there was always more to him than what was on stage. I have a preference for Keith Morris Black Flag though - also Circle Jerks and Off! I love all those bands you mentioned - especially Minor Threat. Plus Bad...

Where my Black Flag people at?

Hi. I love high end audio. Love it. But I don't always love the music that mostly gets talked about by the high end audio aficionados. You can look at my system and confirm that I use my dollars to buy and to build the kind of equipment that is worthy of the best recordings in the world. And I...

    Dereneville DAE 01 CL

My home testing probably doesn't stand up to rigorous standards, and yet I prefer the sound of the Verdier motor over the two other 21st century motors I own. When I compare the three motors using a range of different belts - keeping everything else the same - the Verdier ALWAYS has better speed...

    Dereneville DAE 01 CL

I use an original Verdier motor with my La Platine Verdier. I can confirm what you say about that Philips motor. The speed is stable with the best w/f readings of any of the other motors I use or have used.

In the picture you can see my version uses 16 Beyma 8BR40 drivers in push pull configuration per speaker! I think that’s twice as much as the current Algame. I love his approach. Maybe he figured out how to do more with less.

I have never heard the Eufrodites. I don’t know. Jeff Catalano will tell you how they compare. I’m not familiar with Eufrodites drivers, but the Agalme that I have use a DX65. I don’t think Tommy uses those anymore.

A Horning Sati TT! Never seen one in the wild. I’ve never seen a Horning Sati turntable in the wild. Amazing. I have a pair of his original Algame speakers.

    Harbottle C18L2

Anybody using a Harbottle C18 subwoofer in a 2 channel music only system? Or has anybody heard a Harbottle sub in a 2 channel music only system? I've had REL subs before and I want to try something else. I don't need to be convinced about the efficacy of subs. For me, REL has become a bit of a...
