I had about 500 records, all hand picked and some of them extremely rare, it was a necessary and painful decision to sell. Now I don’t have the space and time to restart, I was hoping there would be a way of lending records these days, although I understand the consumable nature of analog...
A year ago I had to sell my whole system, now slowly rebuilding it. As a first step and due to space constraints, I've now a decent digital front end.
I do miss the magic of analog sound, and wanted to know if there’s a way of getting back into analog without having to build my records catalog...
Immediately noticeable, bass extension was the first thing I noticed, then purity of timber, reverb and decay, music feels unconstrained, overall the PP is just getting me closer and into the music
From today I'm a PP user too thanks to you lol
I moved from Isotek on sources and preamp, still keeping the recently bought Titan evo5 on power amps and not daring to try amps too on PP, yet
I can't understand why there are so many conditioners and filters out there when such a simple design...
I'm currently looking at the PP6 and also contemplating the schnerzinger new innovator
https://www.schnerzinger.com/english/produkte/new-innovator/
Has anyone compared these two?
Tx
Has anyone auditioned the new ZYX exceed series?
I’m happily using the XYZ ultimate 4D with carbon cantilever, great bass but I find it a bit lean compared to my Miyajima Destiny
Following as I'm interested in pushing the boundaries of my already incredible EA-1200
I do have a problem of gain with my very low output MC Miyajima Destiny
What tubes could increase gain and potentially improve sound quality?
Anyone here tried Ayre KX-R + Audionet amplification?
I can't believe there are better preamps than Ayre out there except for Kondo in simplicity of design and purity of sound
I'm in the process of finding the right amps for my YG Vantages
There are a pair of Krell 600e monos available in my area
and I wonder if these would still be a good match or which amps you'd recommend, thanks
I did ask and this is what I got:

Thank you for your mail and interest in our brand.
Unfortunately it is hard to answer what exactly the input impedance would be in the pair of SM-101's that you are looking at.
Around the time where these were produced, we were changing from the standard...
Hello,
Does anyone know these SM 101 XLR input impedance?
I read somewhere 600 ohm, which seems too low
I have a Ayre KX-R pre that has an output impedance of 300 ohm
Rule of thumb for amp input impedance should be 10X of pre’s output
I’m worried these two won’t match
Appreciate your input

Brad sourced original connectors, see pics
I couldn't imagine a better upgrade to the PSU, I'm even wondering if a second PSU would actually help after this upgrade
@TooCool4
I'm curious to what further tweaks you've made, I also have an Acoustic Solid turntable and considering the upgrade to Dereneville's motor, now there are two options available on the website
BTW, which belts were a better match?
Appreciate the feedback, thanks
Hello,
I'm struggling to find the right speakers for my use case
I'm currently using Wilson Sabrina speakers, sound is great, but my room is 25x25 in size and the Sabrinas struggle to pressurize it
Instead of upgrading to Sasha or similar I'm considering transitioning to more sensitive...
For those who are interested, I got my umbilical cords custom made by Brad at Revelation Audio, the sound immediately improved, mostly quieter, better and deeper base, still breaking in, at a fraction of the phono cost I'm very happy with this tweak
Today I auditioned my Gold Note PH10 with PSU10 against the new Vida MKII and EA-1200 with my Miyajima Destiny
I thought my phono was sounding great, now I just want to cry )
EA-1200 had no competition, most impressive were timber accuracy, tonality gradation, fluidity and ease of reproduction...
Writing this as I’m tempted to purchase cables from this company
Although there are no online reviews or any comments on forums
has anyone bought anything from these guys?
Interested in their silver core PCs

Their Facebook posts only date back to January this year

Thank you, appreciate your input, what other cables have you compared the Gold Rush against? I can't find many user experiences with this cable
I'm after timber and tonal correctness, and also a feeling of a realistic soundstage, meaning the perception of being there at the event and...
