Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

Hi Wil - I didn't say it became worse in total but in detail in the highs and just a bit - may be I should have said more precisely that the upgrade at the same time was an impovement but I could only appreciate it in total and such a revealing way when the disturbance created by the combination...

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

Because I complained after the update that the sound became a bit too harsh in the highs using Roon even with USB4, Emile recommended to replace my 700€ switch for a simple 20$ D-link switch and use a nonshielded ET cable with it to the Extreme. Lucky as I was I had one spare D-link and bought a...

yes totally agree - there is absolutely no necessity to respond to such people since they do not know the product and try to shuffle around problems which they see everywhere...don't give enregy to this - the thread here is on a totally different supportive and enjoying level - its good to keep...

Hi MusicFellow: great to hear that you are on a similar track! I am using the CMS 2 footers on top of both of the Daizas - got my 2nd recently - and i notice a big improvement of dynamics and musical flow and the sound in the room pouring all over me...the CMS 1,5 i use only underneath the...

Hi Emile - I don't know if you need a happy new year since you always look happy - but just in case - happy new year - and thank you for creating the terrific sound I enjoy in the meantime even with TAS - and I am not sure at the moment if I will switch to XDMS since its so good already -...

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

I like very much the way you described the Extreme while being at Emiles place - I am also one of the crazy ones that bought the Extreme unheard - convinced by the special quality of this forum - which made it easy for me to decide to buy it without listening beforehand - I have it since 6 weeks...

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

Hi Emile, Regarding TAS and the new XDMS....when I open an album in TAS each of the tracks show the album cover and underneath may be the first sillable of the title - for me it makes no sense to show each track together with the cover - it is more useful to have just one cover if at all and...

Hi Emile, they are great - reducing EMI and RFI etc pretty well - I don't want to listen without them...used in the room for different wave lengths and I also use them with the DAC AMP Extreme directly connected. They can be adjusted to your likings and eliminate harsh frequences...highly...

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

When I switch to other than the stock fuses I always choose a higher value and they never get blown up...I have never noticed that this has a negative effect on sound since the fuse has a positive effect may be this compensates....just a few thoughts...

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

sounds crazy...good...thank you for your sound description of the Daiza - got it....do you have any intention to use the center stage footers on the Daizas.... and in spite of all the perfection or because of you seem to enjoy - thats cool - the problem with the end is - it never ends....
