Of course, some bad movies are Natural Bad, some you can pinpoint how bad they are, some come out bad from a black background, some are resolutely bad, some are just bad beyond tweaking.
It's an acquired taste for those who grew up in Britain w cheap and cheerful sci fi and horror, on a diet of Hammer and Amicus.
If you watch it w anything other than a tongue in your cheek, you're missing the pure joy of the film.
My guess is it doesn't translate outside the UK.
Of course, this can't include movies that are so bad they're a guilty pleasure.
