    Excellent! Thanks! The CR1 is essential in a JL Audio setup. Having read quite a few different reviews now on high end subwoofers I think one must land in that hifi-heights are best reached with introduction of some sub-support.

    I used to be like you, until I found out it is utterly boring to just sit hour after hour never getting up. The magic is in the vinyl and everything surrounding it ;-).

    ESL11 yes. They are not the same. But both are electrostats. I sit ca 2.8m in the sweetspot from both speakers. Where I sit one can debate if larger electrostats ever would be needed.
