Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

I'm ashamed to admit it but the TAS manual is right here on my desktop. Never thought to look at it. Lesson learned.

No. Where is the random play icon?

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

Recently the TAS "play album starting at track" option has become come confused. The selected track plays but the next track it selects is never the next one on the album. It's two, three or five tracks ahead of the one just played. It used to work fine. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm not sure it matters that much. I labeled mine "Beethoven cover.jpg" so I could find it in my documents.

I saved the album cover from Native DSD to documents then cut and pasted it to the album file in the Extreme. I ran a rescan with TAS and its there now. I've never used a metadata editor--it's probably something I should learn to use.

I downloaded an album from Native DSD and it appeared immediately in Roon without a cover. I rescanned TAS and it appeared there but also without a cover. I went back into Roon and edited it and found the cover and saved it so Roon now has it. I rescanned TAS again but still no cover. Anyone...

I rarely use Roon as well but the first update took both the TAS and Roon servers down. The last one just affected the Roon server.

I'm not running the JL Audio board but I lost the Roon server with the last two Roon updates. Ed had to delete and reinstall my Roon core each time to get me back up.

I'll do the same. The trick will be to get my wife to stop watching Netflix/MHZ/Prime etc so I can compare with and without a busy network.

I'm using a Nighthawk router with one band dedicated to my system. I believe I'm using a different model than the one Emile tested. I'm using S Boosters on both the router and modem.

    This is insane...the Quad ESL

The XA 25 was on my shortlist when I had my ESL 63's on the way but I decided on the Benchmark AHB2 and I'm very glad I did. Just a superb match.

Yes. Not at the expense of SQ but if it's possible it would be convenient.

Taiko Audio SGM Extreme : the Crème de la Crème

Will XDMS have a simple album delete function? Sometimes I'll have two versions of an album, say one DSD and one redbook, and after listening I'll want to delete one. Currently I have to go to Roon, delete it there and run a scan in TAS which doesn't always work. There may be other ways but a...

Looked for this and I couldn't find any network icon in server settings, just the word network. Under that the only buffering is radio station buffer which was set at 3. I tapped the three dots in the upper right corner and went to server settings. Am I looking in the right place?
