    Frank Schroeder during a presentation used the glass from a spotlight lamp as a base placed on the platter. He then put a large ball bearing on top of the glass and of course it will only stop moving when level. Simple and effective.

    I want to point out that the Schroeder has a wooden arm wand and the others mentioned do not. This avoids the 'ringing' effect which adds a measurable distortion to the sound.     I had the Audio Synthesis modded universal transport and DAX Discrete too. Dual optical digital outputs sent enough digital data for SACD and DVDA discs. Single digital optical for the DAX Decade.

    I have found this thread of great benefit. Saturday should be Vitus grounding day. A Poseidon with Infinity Apollo to ground speaker negative terminals plus a spare input for the middle Entreq terminal.
