Edgar doesn't believe special Roon Servers / Streamers make a difference with BACCH. He has made me a believer. If you are running a Taiko congrats! I wonder how much of a difference it will make over say, a simple $10K streamer. It won't hurt.

In my opinion yes! XTC takes care of the timing information, ORC takes care of the frequency information. Together they offer quite a jump in the quality of the music listening experience. It is not subtle.
ORC is the Room Correction, XTC is the crosstalk correction. It is currently available on Bacch4Mac and will be available around June for the adio. I don't know the definitive answer to you second question but if I had to guess I'd say no, no, no.
My system is mostly Gryphon electronics and Stealth Audio cables. Both brands seem transparent, no color added. It seems nice.
