I happened to be watching Ellen with my wife and saw this guy on her show. Most of these are apps that he skillfully incorporates into his act

Right, the "scrolling apps" gesture is really an app of icons, capable of scrolling left to right, and they are also clickable; and that device that printed that last photograph at the end must be really fast! I suppose he poured the milk into his shirt too. Very entertaining though
