Agreed, if you are into CD's, then there are tremedous bargains as companies repackage their back catalogues. Universal (Decca, Philips, Mercury, DG and many others) have been releasing 50 CD box sets for street prices around $60 or less. So a new CD can cost on the order of $1-2 in these sets, often with nice booklets. Warner Classics (old EMI catalogue) Sony (Columbia and RCA) and Brilliant are doing similar sets. Back catalogue CD's are essentially commodities.
