Saw this band last night: The Rouge

I saw this band called The Rouge last night opening up for Scott Weiland...
who btw, blew the house down.

Very interesting sound..the singer reminded of both Axl Rose and Van Morrison...
yeh, I know.....the music is kind of Stonesy, alternative, and rootsy all at the time. I completely forgot
to buy their ep on the way out.

It was way more Van that Axl. Axl more so in the swagger and confidence. It is rare for me to remember an opening act
the next day. But they had a spark. Check out the samples on the home page or on amazon.
