HiFi is not good for your telomere values, I'd think. Too sedentary. But neither is very strenuous exercise.
Get a dog. Walk the dog. Play with the dog.

I don't know about that ;) If plants respond to music, maybe telomeres will because it reduces stress!

I have three dogs and I get to walk them everyday. And they all three know how to tell time.
