After several years of producing award winning products, Purity Audio Design has officially released all new Series 2 linestage products for 2013.

New for 2013 is a newly designed circuit that is optimized for both the 6SN7 and 12AU7 tubes. All models come equipped with an octal socket for use of the 6SN7 with adapters to run 12AU7 tube types. All models from the Basis Two and higher come standard with Sophia Electric 6SN7 tubes. All models except for the entry level Basis mk2 utilize transformer coupling at both the inputs and outputs with transformers custom designed and manufactured for Purity by Electra-Print. Both XLR balanced and RCA single ended connections utilize transformer coupling.
New all aluminum chassis are now standard for all models.

The Basis mk2 is still leading the way in price/performance.

New to the lineup is the Basis Two which takes over where the original Reference left off. A new all aluminum chassis designs allows us to offer you this model far under the price of the original Reference.

The multiple award winning Reference had been enhanced to offer even more for your money. The Reference now offers you everything found in the Statement Series but in a single chassis with a single power supply. The Reference moves up to the same autoformer attenuators and Clarity MR capacitors originally only found in the upper end models. By using the same aluminum chassis as the Basis Two above, we are able to offer you a much higher level of performance at a more attractive price.

The upper end dual mono Statement and Ultra Series are now housed in thick aluminum enclosures.

No worries there Jack. Put a golf club in my hand and somebody is going to get hurt......probably myself. I've never been on a golf course.

Yes, Rafael is a good guy. He has our Statement and already sold the Ultra we sent him two weeks ago.

Hey Jack,
Any plans on hearing Alberts new VR100XS speaker system?
It will be debuted at Axpona in Chicago in March. He called letting me know they will be using the Purity Ultra GT Silver preamp at the show. Will be an honor to be part of another debut with Von Schweikert.

Unfortunately Chicago is a bit too far away for me to visit Bill. I'm sure you guys will do great. :) Lemme know how things go okay? Dr. Bob must be finding the wait for his 100 XS' excrutiating. LOL! Tell him to upgrade his Pre to your latest and greatest as well! Yeah!!!!!

We also have some exciting news to announce. Soon to be released after a long period of R&D is Purity's world class 18 watt Parallel Single Ended 300B mono blocs with first of its kind output transformer technology as well as new "Magnetic Conduction Technology" by Magnetic Innovations LLC. Look for these new amps and the Series 2 Silver Statement linestage to debut at Axpona 2013 in Chicago.
