New Taylor Sheridan series started today - Lawman Bass Reeves - - story of the 1st black US Marshall. David Oyelowo stars. Other cast members include Dennis Quaid, Donald Sutherland, Lauen Banks, Shea Whigham, Barry Pepper

2 episode premier . Watched them and think it will be good. Previously have watched his story on the American Heroes Channel

Thanks for that as I am a huge Taylor Sheridan fan. Lately however he has been developing his stories with many other writers so perhaps having his name on the marquee adds credence. His last one Special Ops: Lioness to me was one big dud that should never have been made

I have to preface my review by an opening statement that I am a huge Taylor Sheridan fan. I have watched every series he has written and directed and they remain as some of my very favorite TV series. Yellowstone converted me, 1883 was probably the Best miniseries Ive ever seen and 1923 season...
