This is the Off topic forum's section, but it could also have been in the WBF feedback forum's section. It don't really matter; here is good.

First, I do understand that there are various members here and with them various opinions.

This is mine, mine opinion: I frequent several audio/video forums of the World Wide Web (Internet cafe).
To have the ability, anytime, to edit and delete my posts, without time capsule, is most desirable and beneficial to me, and to my entourage.
The posts (messages/writings) are mine even in the homes of my friends and family, and the ability to self-correct, improve, edit, delete, etc. my writings @ anytime, @ all time, is a privilege and a right to evolve in life.

If restricted in auto-improving myself, my messages, in correcting and in self-editing what I consider needing to be corrected, edited, and deleted; I am not advancing towards my goal of improving myself.

This is not the end of the world, but it is my sincere opinion...well calculated and balanced and intelligently measured and well thought.
________

Other members can share their opinion on this; we are a democracy...free people with each a voice, an important voice.
Post edit and post delete; to me, free access @ all time. What is your take?

Sorry, Bob. This is not up for debate. Your opinion is duly noted but the management team has made a collective decision for the good of the forum. If the privilege had not been abused, we wouldn't be here but it is what it is. Again, this is not up for debate.
