Good to see Margaux and D'Yquem mentioned as not only were those the 2 best and most expensive wines I have ever tasted both of which were introduced to me by you

Do you like Mosels, Steve? Ever tried a beerenauslese, trockenbeerenauslese or eiswein? Sweet to very sweet, like the d'Yquem. Really good ones are sublime.

When Rob brought that bottle of D'Quem to dinner with Marty,Mike and I it was truly one of the finest wines I have ever had. IIRC it was a 1971 but Rob I am sure will chime in

Watch the price of the 2009 Chateau Margaux... I've been monitoring it since June and it started around $900 and been inching up ever since. It must be a thrilling vintage...
