One of the great things about using a Media Center PC is its one button skip forward 30 seconds feature. Comcast on the other hand, only has a fast forward over commercials. This is much slower process and quite annoying if you have gotten used to PC skip feature.

As it suggested, I have programmed my "a Lock" button and by hitting it, the DVR or paused video skips 30 seconds forward instantly.
