Do you remember when audio specialty shops used to open on Sunday

Those were the days my friend. We thought they would never end.But nothing is forever.
I could understand that audio shops are a dying breed but what I dont understand is the lack of respect we show on all the audio forums.
What happened ???

High-end got higher, and money (business) became more important than its own basic reproduced art (the music)?
Or the audiophile industry took a detour for the worst?
Or hatred for digital was so profound that vinyl came back to center stage?
Or computers and iPods and MP3s took over the audio world?
Or music is becoming a dying art? ...Rarity.
