For me and my curiosity of the cosmos started with this man many years ago. IMO it was one of the best, if not THE BEST scientific show on television at the time. The man was able to put everything in perspective as well as showing we mortal humans our place in the cosmos.

Unfortunately not. I was living in England at the time and Johnny Carson wasn't on the TV there.
