$200 ml value placed on garage sale find

It is a box of Ansel Adams negatives. His Grandson says no, but I truly believe they are. The thing is, I don't think they are worth THAT much. I have looked at them, and they are certainly old large format photos. There is a signed slip by Mrs. Adams identifying the negatives. The thing is Ansel Adams probably put in more hours in the dark room than in the field. His eye is evident in his negatives. His art is in what he did with those negatives in getting the print he wanted.

I heard that story on the radio and didn't believe the guy thought it was worth that much either. Maybe a million or two. But 200? That's crazy.
