Bruce had one of the original units so a host ou upgrades - LF eq , meters, coupling caps, circuit upgrades , PSU upgrades and for Bruce - transformer balanced outs so he can use 600 ohm loads if necessary

Yes, there are 2 balanced outputs, one differentially balanced and the other, transformer balanced.

Studer never sounded so good like this ! No kidding.

They look like the black panels that Fred sells.

I have lots of extra A820 parts if anyone needs them!!

Thank you for all the kind words.

I just took the wooden panels off and had them automotive painted black. Havent done the glass coating yet though .
The brown leather strip was also changed to black porsche grade leather...maybe should have gone Alcantara .
