For those phono preamps that support custom loading with RCAs, I just wanted to document a custom job using Vishay VTA 55 resistors http://www.partsconnexion.com/resistors_vishay.html mounted on WBT-0102 Cu RCAs. With these RCAs, the two leads do not interact with the body and barrel. Notice, there is a perfect fit, one of the leads is wrapped in electrical tape, and both leads are at 180 degrees of each other, making installation very easy...
