They don't respond to e-Mail contact. Is unbeleivable that this company never learns.
I actually sent an online service request and it was three weeks ago. I did not get a holiday reply but I guess they don't take two months Christmas holidays.
Nope, no response at all. They did answer an e-Mail months ago. The answer was from a person with an e-Mail address at Audio Research. So I tried to send this new request to that e-Mail address now and got an auroreply back that the e-Mail address does not exist.
I see you're in Norway but why not contact Wadia's U.S. distributor, Sumiko. I think Sumiko is now even owned by the same company that owns Wadia. At least you might find out what is going on.
