The title says it all. Mine is toast! (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I love Toaster Ovens and use mine almost daily. I'm due for a new one and have been looking around, but nothing strikes my fancy, until I saw the Breville Smart Oven. I guess it's somewhat pricey for a Toaster Oven, but I can get it for $199 as opposed to the $329 MSRP in Canada.

Does anyone here have this unit?

Yup, the Breville is the best. I love mine and would never entertain another brand.

Cool! I saw a display and really liked the construction of it. I also like that is has 3 elements at the top for more even broiling.

I finally picked up the Breville Compact Smart Oven as it was on-sale. Going to test it out by trying a NY Cheesecake recipe and a Prime Rib dinner.

We must be related as I bought the same on sale at Amazon :D. Keeping it as small extra gift for Xmas for my wife.

I'm sure it is a nice product and it has gotten very good reviews, but will your wife think getting an oven as a gift is much better than a vacuum cleaner???? :p

Of course not, dummy. The vacuum cleaner is the primary gift! :D

Good man! Speaking of "small" I was surprised how small the unit actually is. This is great for me as I don't have a lot of space and now have plenty of room on all sides for proper ventilation.

That's too funny!:)

LOL! That's even funnier! :D

The Breville toasts everything perfectly even.

Toasted up a Bagel last night ...came out perfectly toasted! I think I'm going to enjoy this little wonder!

It would be especially since I blew my cover by asking her if she liked big or small toaster ovens. :D As I mentioned this is an extra item I am throwing in there for what it is worth. Her main gift is not that.
