A new Sonus Faber speaker or... a great tease

Check out the superb Sonus Faber web page: www.sonusfaber.com
wherein we get to see that SF is going to introduce a new speaker. My bets are on it being a mini ( or floor standing) Aria. Could be pretty special IF they bring it in at a price that is affordable to mere mortals:)

Has anyone else noticed a trend recently that the bigger speaker companies are utilizing this "tease" technique a lot more and maybe hiring more professional marketing people to get their products off the shelves---or is it just me:confused:

There have been some pics floating around facebook. I think it's called the Venere or something along those lines and looks like a mini-Aida. Could be wrong since haven't been sleeping well this week :(

Myles, the web page now reveals that the model is indeed called the 'Venere'. I wonder if it is going to use a cheap veneer or go with real wood,LOL:rolleyes:

To be revealed in August at the Hong Kong show...

Thanks, Wizard! Intriguing tagline...a legend returns? The Extrema II? or the Sonus Faber being put into regular production?
