Fantastic...a testament to your company and your designs that speakers of that age can be brought forward to current day so well. Very nice and it makes owners feel like they have truly 'invested' in a speaker and in a company. Great stuff.

I agree. Being able to have large format speakers upgraded on-site ROCKS. Way to go Gary.

Thanks, guys. It was all to Carol's attention to detail that the upgrade went as smoothly as it did. The only problem was totally unexpected - that the holes for the original woofers needed to be enlarged.

Johnny, looking forward to playing your SACDs on the system on tomorrow!

Special thanks to (non-Genesis) dealer, Adrian Low of Audio Excellence Toronto for helping out. Even though Adrian sold this customer the Genesis nearly 20 years ago, he continued to service the speakers till today when he hasn't been a Genesis dealer for over 15 years. We couldn't have done it without his techs Suhail and Claudio.

Very nice! Guess I must have missed the G1 doubling the number of woofers. What a beast.
