Two New Fora Created

Thank you for impletenting these two fora, Steve!

Being receptive to new suggestions et al is what makes for a great forum and strengthens the already great relationship you have with WBF members. Most of us already speak highly of WBF, and this gives us yet another solid reason to encourage others in joining.

I like the name "The Frugal Audiophile - The Best For less". It doesn't preclude anyone, regardless of budget, from participating and I hope we'll see regular contributions.
