    I do recommend trying to get these anti-oxidants through the diet in their real, not synthetic forms.

    Of course, show me a field that's not without controversy so one can read this for what it's worth eg. is there peer reviewed, published data or not.

    Things that you might consider:

    Fish oil (or omega-3s that promote an anti-inflammatory diet)
    Fresh berries and watermelon
    Reservatrol (actually peanuts in addition to red wine contain reservatrol; problem is always that concentrations are low. Someone was supposed to come out with a "reservatrol" enhanced peanut butter but I've never seen it on the market. Maybe it tasted bad?
