Boy, 1080p without compression! I find that a major downfall of current flash based video cameras. As soon as light levels fall, they have tons of noise and compression artifacts. Recording uncompressed with the much better sensor in this animal would be quite cool. Alas, I don't shoot any video so it is not useful for me. But for people who do, it will be a wonderful things. RED should be worried. Very worried.

I see Red as a video camera that shoots 4K and can do still photos whereas this new Canon I still see as taking photos with the ability to do 4K video. Also, I hate the look of Red
