In my opinion, the top two companies in the motion and tacile business are D-Box and Crowson. Crowson was working on being able to use D-BOX codes for their transducers, but haven't heard the latest in terms of when.
Crowson has by far the best tactile with freuencies covering the full 0-500 Hz range.

D-Box is mostly 0-50 Hz, with minimal info above 50 Hz, however, has 3D motion capability in addition to tactile.

Ok, more on this later
I've built plenty of tactile platforms over the years, originally using buttkicker. Crowson is superior to Buttkicker. D-box is overall superior to Crowson specificaly becasue of the 3D motion capabilities. However, Crowson has the potential for better tactile.
Clarke Synthesis on the other hand has a faulty premise about full range tactile cviering up to 20,000 Hz, which is complete ignorance to human neurophysiology. Human tactile is up to 500 Hz max, although some reasearch indicates Blind people can feel up to 1K with their enhanced tactile sense.
Clarke Synthesis is not recommended at all. However, they do make an underwater speaker which is supposed to be quite interesting.
