    Yeah. For chocolate.

I am format agnostic, a full-time music-lover and a part-time audiophile. I listen to as much digital as analog, and I work hard at hunting down the best sounding copy of the music I love. Most of the time, I prefer the analog when both are available. But *sigh!* having had the chance to listen to a 1/2-inch 30ips mastertape, I also know what's left on the cutting room floor.

The best I have had came from a chocolate candy shop out of the Louvre Museum in Paris, I think those were trouffes.

The best infused chocolate I have had is La Maison du Chocolat. It is available in Paris and NYC. In North America, it is also available by mail from the NYC location, while it is still not very hot.

Sees Candy makes my favorite chocolates. I especially like their nuts and chews. http://www.sees.com/
