One thing that seems to me, there is an overwhelming number of forum choices.

For me there is just too many. 8 sub forums in turntables alone??

You almost need sat navigation to get around this site.

Anyone agree?

Actually it seems you are the first. Most of us who are the initial members in had just left a forum where there were only 4 choices in the entire forum
Everything you see has been at the request of our members and most recently did we create subforums in the turntable forum also at members' requests. Our philosophy here has been to allow people input in the direction of the forum. Bear in mind that there is something for everyone here and you can pick and choose what you want to participate in by subscribing to the threads and forums of your liking.

We are still in our infancy stages and growth has been very active. As things progress and we see where things can blend with others or some forums can be deleted then that will indeed happen.

Rest assured I monitor every thread and forum and FWIW our daily post count continues to grow.

BTW, when we initially went live all of our initial moderators were asked as to which way the forum should be formatted and everyone preferred what we have now. With the turntable forum containing so many different topics members had suggested that we consider subforums for a while to see if that better helps to find a topic of interest more quickly with all of the associated threads rather than digging through one forum to find what you want.

Again try subscribing to only the topics which interest you and this should help immensely.

There is also another forum to which most of belong that is probably 10 times the size of ours.

Stay tuned however as this is not something static but rather something than can and will change as we "all" see fit
