Just received a sealed copy of the Yello LP "Touch"...double album...Polydor heavy vinyl...great recording...highly recommended!

After being introduced last year to the Chilli Peppers Drummer, Chad Smith and the Bombastic Meatbats, I fell in love with guitarist Jeff Kollman. He has been around for many years and can play just about any style, which he does on "Silence in the Corridors" with about 6 or 7 different genres. I have been chasing down as much of his work as I can find and have the one mentioned above and a 2 disk set "Guitar Screams Live" which is killer. I just picked up one of his Cosmosquad disks, Squadrophenia, which has several studio versions that are on GSL and much more. If you like Satriani, Vai and similar music/bands, I recommend you Youtube and sample some Jeff Kollman.

Yello - Stella vinyl

Saw Marc Cohn (of Walking in Memphis fame), in a small local venue. I own his first two albums, and because the show was phenomenal, bought his third album (follow the parade) as a courtesy. Nothing special musically, but I shook his hand, got an autographed copy, so well worth it.

I've been having this on CD for a few years now, but decided to order it on vinyl. Glad I did as the quality of the vinyl is very high. Superbly packaged and it doesn't sound half bad either.
