Ack, thank you for the beautiful Hi-rez pictures of your new acquisition. I was just wondering about the heat challenges that you experienced with the prior unit, that is; do you still need to use a fan blowing across the top plate to disperse the heat or does it simple run cool? I recall you mentioned something about seasonal changes required this intervention. In any case, best wishes to you in your pursuit of musical enjoyment.

@Orb - I am learning, and got my eyes on the Canon 7D Mk II when it comes out...

I assume the four identical CCAs are for the dual-differential (balanced) circuit, but this thing has very limited balanced inputs and outputs with what appears to be one balanced input and one balanced output.

At least Ack has one balanced input. I have NONE. Even a pseudo balanced input would have done nicely. :(
