Thanks. I am going to send them the Capstan motor to do a full rebuild. Do you think it's worth rebuilding the reel motors too on the A810?

Nice, do you know what type of service that was done to your reel motors? I mean replace ball bearings if they have them? what else?

I know the bearings. Maybe brushes as well? Beyond that, I have not a clue. I just know they are dead quiet now and work flawlessly.

Just pack the well. I had a friend send his motors to Athan and they were damaged somewhere along the way. After that, it was about a year when the machine was back running!!
