1300 posts in the related thread speaks to my perspective.....and i would rather not go down that rabbit hole again. I'm no longer personally curious about it.

I've moved on from the ML3's.....and tube amps in my system.

It's almost like people don't read or value others opinions at times here

in hindsight, i view all those who did not think i gave the ML3's a completely fair chance in my system as well intentioned. if the positions were reversed i might have said similar.

we move on.

Hi Keith,

The reason I made my post about the higher output Lamm preamp is because Mike specifically stated his reason for selling was the ML3’s were not up to working in his very large room with his speakers on large scale music. A higher output preamp specifically designed to maximize the ML3’s output could make a material difference in performance. But from Mike’s response to me, it appears there may be other reasons as well. Enough said. GLWTS Mike.
