I will be travelling to Paris in the coming days and to London in about a month. I was wondering, if there are any Parisians or Londoners on board who can direct me to some shops where I can get tubes/valves.

I loved getting Takatsuki 274b's from Tokyo, and bring them in safety without worrying about shipping conditions.

I am looking for 845 tubes now! Elrog, Psvane or NOS WE, RCA...

In London we shop from the world over.

Since you are into analog, classical and horns, you might want to PM zerostargeneral to see if you can drop in when you are in London

Thanks Bonzo, is he a forum member?

Thanks Bruce. I don't mind, but they do not seem to have anything I am looking for...

Yes zerostargeneral is his forum id, not his actual name :). If you put furtwanglers in the search box, you will find his system thread

Interesting to see what comes out of this. I have bought my tubes for over 10 years from Brent Jessee, Upscale Audio and Kayser...all US and Canadian!

Well, for Paris I have talked to some audio shops but they all directed me to internet/online shops. I talked to Line Magnetic dealer as they may have had a deal with Psvane but they do not...
