Love Quentin and almost everything he does, but the subject matter is a little to close to home for me. By that I mean I was a child in Orange County CA at the time and I have vivid memories of the news/media coverage and as a young lad and could not get my head around that that could even happen, but its all that was on TV, that and Nam.

It is the first time that Quentin won't be working with Harvey Weinstein.

The cast: Al Pacino, Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kurt Russell, Burt Reynolds, Dakota Fanning, Damian Lewis, Clifton Collins Jr., Keith Jefferson, Nicholas Hammond, and Timothy Olyphant.

Mike, I understand what you're saying. Manson was a crazy sunnabaggun, sick deep in the head. His followers were naive, they were young and vulnerable, not knowing the difference between good and evil. They were abandoned childs, wandering the wrong pastures lead by a psycho.

Hollywood today, with Harvey Weinstein and several more similar to him exploiting people for their personal perverted desires is no better. Quentin loves blood and this one has it, real life.
____

'Wonderland' with Val Kilmer, you saw?

Based on a true story, Hollywood style, the darker side.
...Very sick, porn industry related with extreme violence.

Quentin is now making a film based on true events, very sick too, and very bloody.
