The cantilever on the Koetsu seems off centre. I hope that is just the crappy photo.

certainly something weird in that photo as the hole in the plate is asymmetric , and was thinking must be rotated but the cantilever is not symmetric with the coils?

maybe he cropped it and distorted the image ?

How that photo got past any checking and into print is beyond me.
