I believe I have very good gear the complete set of Ypsilon Aelius 2, PST100 Pre, DAC 100, accustics audio reference transport with Ascendo top of the line speakers from germany,
I have some room accustics done played around with speaker placement but am unable to get that 3D effect or holographic effect
What could be the problem.

Hard to tell without seeing / visiting your room, but my bet would be on the acoustics. Make sure you have dealt with the first reflection points, as early reflections, if not taken care of, can ruin soundstaging more than anything else (speakers positioning aside).

Aelius are known for holographic sound stage

Is everything wired correctly, speakers not out of phase?

Agree rear wave and first reflection

Start with speakers aiming straight ahead

If that doesn’t work, try them angled in crossing slightly in front of you good in small rooms

Also make sure your ears are blocked, if one of mine get blocked holography goes out the window, and I have a great soundstage normally

Good luck

Very simple answer... you don't have enough RF in the signal chain.

*Look into grounding boxes to help.
*Use balanced cables that don't have the shield terminated or a shield at all.
