Best turkey recipes anyone? We go by Alton Brown's, comes out sensational, and I don't even like turkey

I have been using Alton's method for the past 5 years. Its fabulous

We also use Alice Water's recipe for brining for the past 10 years

It's 93 here today in Southern California
