Has anyone auditioned any of the new Eera DACs and transports?

Marc's hanging in there too :)

Buying unheard, I'm excited but also a bit scared. The Tentation really is a great player. Given it has been years since the Tentation came out, I'm praying Didier has added substantial refinements to go along with the added format flexibility.

I'm confident it will be good. Will it be great? That I need to know.

Ron, thanks, but if I go to streamer/dac, it's unlikely to be Eera.
I'll keep my Tentation as standalone cdp, and go to a new dac I have my eye on that promises beyond excellent SQ with a price more reserved for budget gear.
But if you're still in the market for a simple, no frills cdp, you can't go better than the Eera Tentation, as Jack will attest.
Speak to Albert Von Schweikert about it, he rates it the best one-box player ever.
In a parallel dimension world where streaming never took off, and we were all still buying CDs, the Tentation would have gone on to be in the systems of many of the top guys here.
