The Studer A80 RC MK II is a real professional tape machine that has likely recorded your favorite artists and albums. Unlike smaller consumer units, these workhorses were built to record and playback at the highest level. None of the smaller consumer units can come close, no matter the price.

This Studer A80 RC MK II is a beautiful example of one of the finest reel to reel tape machines ever made. It is in excellent condition and was fully sorted by our own "Tape Master", Ki Choi. This 1/2", 2 track machine is very rare and to find one in this condition is even rarer. This is the finest sounding Studer model ever made.

HERE IS SOME INFO FROM THE WEB:

FLEXIBILITY

The A80 RC MK ll analog tape machines are characterized by their extreme sturdiness, modular design and the comprehensive range of system accessories. The audio electronics features a separate plug-in amplifier module for each channel. These units incorporate the record, reproduce, sync and line amplifiers, as well as the VU-meter and the click-free control electronics.

AUDIO

All balancing elements and controls are conveniently located on the machine's front panel. Because of the large number of possible channels the machine can be configured as a one, two, or multi-channel machine (4 ... 24 channels). The configurations may be different, however, they all feature a high degree of remote controllability and flexibility in utilizing the two audio outputs by input, reproduce or sync signals.

You normally see a Studer A80 RC MK II in this condition go for over $22,000. I am asking only 14250 plus shipping and insurance. Contact Jonathan Tinn at (503) 221-0465 with any questions. Paypal is accepted domestically as long as you pay the 3% fee. International buyers must pay via wire transfer.

I had second thoughts on selling this and once again have decided to part with this beauty. I have too many machines and cannot use all of them. This is being wasted just sitting here. I am making this available once again. It is an amazing machine.

It has been professionally crated and is ready to ship.
