RIAA compensation

Greetings
I'm in the construction phase of design and build of a low power ( 5.5W ) stereo amp
I want to use one 6021 subminiature tube ( 2 triodes ) per channel for the phono preamp.
I imagined that I could use the phono preamp in the RCA tube manual as a template.
The B+ voltage will be about 150V. I would like to use either battery or led bias
( 1.2V maybe ). I need values for the RIAA compensation network and maybe plate resistor
values. Is the12AT7 a close model for computations? I'm not wedded to the 6021, but I
want to stick with a subminiature tube, since the metal construction is completed.
A complete schematic would be perfect, but any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
